If your test date is not within the next 07 days (excluding test date), NAATI can cancel your test and allow you to select another test date. Please send an email to info@naati.com.au providing us with your customer number, and giving your consent to cancel your test. There is no additional cost. 



If your test date is within the next 07 days (excluding test date), you cannot reschedule it.  A 100% cancellation fee will be applicable.   Please refer to our cancellation policy: Terms and Conditions



In some cases, candidates are allowed to sit for the test without original ID. This is on a case to case basis. However, your result will not be issued until you show your original ID document.  To discuss your options, email info@naati.com.au along with documentary evidence (police report in case of lost/stolen ID or ID renewal request in case of passport renewal etc).
