If you are a Certified Provisional Interpreter and can show at least 2 years interpreting work experience as well as completion of professional development activities to support the higher level of practice, then you can apply to sit a Certified Interpreter test in the same language combination (providing CI testing is available in that language).

For spoken languages, your professional development needs to include training in chuchotage.
