You can generally reject a test session through your myNAATI portal. Once you have rejected the session, you will be able to select a new test date through your portal. If you need to reschedule closer to the test date, you may need to email info@naati.com.au to discuss your options. Please see our Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy for more information about reschedule timeframes for each test type.
