Please see our Cancellation Policy to find out whether you are entitled to a refund. Refunds can be requested through myNAATI. To request a refund, follow the steps below.


Step 1 – Select ‘Manage My Tests’


Step 2 – Click on ‘Manage’ next to the test to be rejected


Step 3 – Click on Change or Reject Test session


Step 4 – Reject the test session


Step 5 – Go back to ‘Manage My Tests’ menu


Step 6 – Select ‘Request Refund’ and enter any comments. If payment was by Direct Deposit, bank details should be entered here.



The refund will go back to the original payment method.
